Jordi Antoja graduated in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 2014 and achieved a Master’s degree in Nanoscience at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (RuG), in the Netherlands, in 2016. He then worked on his PhD at the Nanostructures of Functional Oxides group (RuG), focusing on thin films of lead-free piezoelectric compounds deposited by various methods. His research interests are advanced thin film deposition and characterization, currently applied to the development of quantum devices.
