Haowen Hu

Haowen Hu obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2021, where he focused on high-performance organic field-effect transistor fabrication. He then received his Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2023, working on a capstone project designing printable ink of molybdenum disulfide for slot die coating. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering at IMB-CNM, focusing on developing high-resolution self-assembly of block copolymers and integrating it into deterministic doping for quantum device fabrication. His research experience encompasses thin film fabrication and characterization of morphology and electrical properties.
